Shipping Cost:

  • FREE - Ireland & UK Delivery (Standard) for orders over €40
  • FREE - UK Delivery (Standard) for orders over €50
  • €4.50 - Ireland Delivery (Standard)
  • €6.95 - UK Delivery (Standard)
  • Europe wide delivery is €20**

 

*Most of our parcels are delivered in 1-2 working days, however we advise our customers to expect some delays during Christmas time, Black Friday, Cyber Monday and after bank holidays when all shipping services experience high delivery demand.

**If you have ordered from outside ROI you should expect to receive your order within 10 days. However please allow up to 15 days for your package to arrive before contacting our customer service team on:

Delivery Notes:

ALWAYS make sure you enter your EIRCODE in your delivery address.

We do everything we reasonably can to satisfy our valued customers, but one thing we have absolutely no control over is your correct delivery details.

So we suggest before you place an order to double check: 

  • Your delivery address
  • Provide your most updated mobile or landline phone number (Courier can contact you if they have a problem with delivery address)
  •  Please ensure that someone is at home to sign for the parcel. (This can be you, your friend or family member) Of course, the courier can deliver to your workplace or you may have a trusted neighbour who would be able to sign for your package. Just leave a brief message on the order.

 

Return:


For incorrect orders, faulty goods or damaged goods please email: customerservice@hanvape.ie within 14 days of purchase. Where goods are found to be faulty or damaged you are entitled to replacement goods. If you change your mind after payment please be aware that as a company we adhere to a statutory cooling-off period of 14 days. Again, please get in touch within 14 days and we will be happy to offer you a full refund providing goods are sent back to us unopened.

If you are returning faulty or damaged goods to us then please send them to the address provided by customer support.
